I use the Ferber Method
The Ferber method, or Ferberization, is a technique invented by Richard Ferber to solve infant sleep problems. It involves “baby-training” children to self-soothe by allowing the child to cry for a predetermined amount of time before receiving external comfort.
My methods are very gentle. They don’t involve crying. I make sure babies feel safe and trust me, and they naturally adjust to the new schedule.
I check in every 5 minutes if the baby is unsettled. This method has worked for me very well. There are many different ways to train your baby to sleep; all babies are different. I will evaluate what’s happening with your baby, take into consideration your baby’s age, and listen to your personal preferences. After having all the information, I will make suggestions and let you decide what method you would like to use.
Hi,
As a mom I know how hard is to recover after birth. I had my first baby when I was 18 years old, and it was the hardest process for me with little support. However, I was very lucky to have my mother-in-law teach me how to care for my young daughters. Now I’m so happy I can help other parents out there and make those nights go smoothly so mom can rest.
I can help families gently sleep train their infants. I also help first-time moms with lactation advice and support.
